Recensioner för skidorten Bristol Mountain
Totalt (3.0)

Took my ten year old son and had a great time. Although the mtn was busy there were plenty of runs and lifts to keep us skiing. We will be back this season.

Good morning,
I would like to complain about one of your employees who was on the terrain park on Dec 29. In the early afternoon I was on that slope with my wife and two young children. My daughter was eager to ski slowly over the side of a small jump at the top of the slope, when a man who said he was a Bristol Mountain employee came up to us telling me that it would somehow be dangerous for snowboarders unless she went straight into the metal obstacles. Meanwhile, skiers kept going past doing exactly what my daughter was planning to do: ski off the small, one-foot jump without making use of the metal pipes.
I then explained to my kids, in front of him, that we couldn't use the jump because this man wouldn't let us, and he continued to invade my personal space and talk up a storm about the great dangers we would be causing snowboarders.
To top it off, he was invading my space, closer than 6 feet, while wearing some kind of a loose grey scarf instead of a mask, and he was standing next to a bunch of snowboarders who appeared to be his friends, who had NO MASKS ON. He was bold enough to discipline my 10-year-old daughter about not using a tiny jump, but he had no interest at all in telling his friends to use protective masks.
I did not get his name, but he was a tall young white man with long dread locks, reddish I think. He was wearing a jacket with a pattern that looked similar to camouflage with a name tag on the right side of his chest. I would like disciplinary action taken against him for not enforcing mask mandates on the mountain, and at the very least I never want this employee, who is clearly reckless with social distancing and mask use, to ever get near my family again, because he clearly presents a risk of infecting the wider public. I trust that Bristol Mountain will follow up on this complaint.
Thank you very much,
Peter Millard
Yesterday was the best of this year. Snoguns going to keep us on the slopes so we just skied around them. Bristol has done a fantastic job of having plenty of snow and with super grooming. If you haven't been there, it's a must and I doubt you will regret spending the day on the slopes. So happy I chose to ski there.

This place is the worst. Can't believe lift tickets are normally $70. Thankfully I paid $60 for this visit, but it was still too much. Their facilities are run down and they don't even have a fireplace anywhere to warm up after a day of skiing. Even their staff are cold and unaccommodating. I was kicked out of an area that actually had outlets and seating to charge my phone even though it wasn't being used so now I'm in a cold dingy corner on a floor writing a review. They don't have half of their terrain open which is all blues so there aren't trails in my intermediate comfort zone, even though those trails look to be perfectly rideable and they've been making snow on them for weeks. This place boasts family friendliness but I don't see anything family friendly about it. The only decent thing they have going is the vertical, which is nice for all 2 of their black diamond trails, but that's pretty limited for anyone looking for advanced terrain. Their small terrain park is limited, although it was nice and long. What little advanced terrain they actually had open was blocked off for race training for the entire evening. I'm used to crappy ski resorts, I live in Ohio after all, but this place is a nightmare. Burn it with fire and then it might actually give off some warmth. Ugh.

Nice resort for the region, freestyle aerials area fun to watch. Comet and lower rocket constantly closed for racing or "training" is unfortunate.
